Our offices at L’Islet are only fifteen minutes from St Peter Port and close enough for us to visit the bulk of our clients and their buildings quickly whenever required, and react quickly to emergencies ‘24/7’, 365 days a year.

Lisa studied at The Guernsey College of Further Education to achieve distinctions at RSA 3 level, en route to securing her Diploma in Secretarial Procedures. After a short time in finance, Lisa worked in insurance, recruitment and architectural practices before joining one of the largest agencies on the Island to work in property. Her considerable managerial PA skills naturally make her a critical part of our business.

Tristan has a joint honours degree in Physics and Computer Science at the University of Reading. Following graduation, he returned to the island and has worked at one of the Big Four accountancy firms (Audit then Advisory Departments), a local trust company (oversight of a large property portfolio) and also a global private and investment bank (Financial Control Department). For the last ten years Tristan was the Deputy CFO for a company which helped to provide the security framework for governments and security agencies to build host nation intelligence capacity. He has also been involved with operational management and oversight on a more local perspective of property rental and maintenance. Throughout Tristan’s career he has continued to build his experience and interest in the property sector and is looking forward to sharing this knowledge with all current and future clients.

In charge of Residential Lettings, Sally has experience in handling all types of lettings from one bed flats to larger prestige homes. Her cross-market experience in both Residential Lettings and Sales having worked in various sectors of the estate agency business for over 10 years is invaluable and she will often assist our Sales Manager as the market dictates.

During his 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, James has progressed from Apprentice, to Foreman, to Project Manager and Director. James' last place of employment was managing time critical projects for a well-known local organisation. His practical knowledge, attention to detail and grasp of compliance make him an excellent fit for our team.

In addition, her finance background will be key in her dual role in our busy Accounts Department. A trained St John’s First Aider, Kelly volunteers for the service when time permits. Kelly also enjoys extreme sports and despite her fear of heights, is keen to take on any out of the ordinary challenges.

Following our appointment as Managing Agents for the latest phase of the Admiral Park Development, Nicki has the rare task of delivering the Travel Plan which is a package of measures, tasks and criteria specific to this development, designed to aid free flowing traffic and provide sustainable and environmentally friendly travel solutions. Having been self-employed for over 14 years in the passenger transport industry, Nicki is well equipped for being at the forefront of this new and exciting role. She has valuable experience in client relations as well as extensive knowledge in the field of localised transport to assist her in this innovative project. This unique role offers exciting challenges and versatility, which Nicki is keen to explore and accomplish.
